Bidding request note template:
1、本報價具有嚴(yán)肅性，并受《民法典》約束；
This quotation is serious and subject to the Contract Law;
2、供應(yīng)商應(yīng)在報價截止時間內(nèi)按要求填寫有效報價，不按要求時間回復(fù)或無回復(fù)的單位，視為自動放棄報價；
The supplier shall fill in the valid quotation as required within the quotation deadline, and the unit that does not reply or respond without the request shall be deemed to automatically waive the quotation;
3、累計三次不準(zhǔn)時或無報價回復(fù)的單位，將被暫停6個月的報價資格，其中允許回復(fù)無資源報價的情況除外；

4、報價計算方法，按照采購項目內(nèi)容要求，報理算價或過磅價，報價時在備注中寫明其他必要信息，不按要求報價視報價無效；
The quotation shall be calculated according to the content requirements of the procurement project and ed the calculation price or the overweight price. The quotation shall be indicated with other necessary information in the remarks. Quotations which are not ed according to the requirements will not be invalid;
5、請按照國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品或雙方簽訂的技術(shù)協(xié)議約定范圍進行報價，并按照協(xié)議要求提供相關(guān)的質(zhì)保書、船級社證書、特殊行業(yè)證書等；
Please quote according to the scope of the national standard products or the technical agreement signed by both parties, and provide the relevant warranty, classification society certificate, special industry certificate, etc. according to the agreement;

三、投標(biāo)人須登錄電子交易平臺進行投標(biāo)和開標(biāo)活動，務(wù)必在開標(biāo)前完成注冊并獲得投標(biāo)資格，中標(biāo)情況將在本網(wǎng)公示。
